När jag kör tsc får jag många fel av formen

typings/node/node.d.ts(Ln,Col): error TS1110: Type expected.

Vad är orsaken till dessa fel och hur åtgärdar man dem?

TLDR;

npm install -g typescript

och inte

npm install -g tsc

Förklaring:

Jag märkte att Visual Studio 2015 inte har några problem med att kompilera samma katalog med TypeScript-filer, så jag undersökte byggloggen (med diagnostiknivå under Alternativ) och hittade denna rad:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\TypeScript\1.8\tsc.exe  --module CommonJS --sourcemap --target ES5 --noEmitOnError --locale en-US

Jag hade använt tsc-kompilatorn installerad med npm install tsc --global men dess version är 1.5.3 i dag, medan den som nämns ovan är version 1.8.9.
